Filing a railway service complaint

If you've booked with another Rail Europe site, such as, the process for submitting a claim may be different. Please contact the site on which you booked, or click "More Help" on the bottom right side of the screen to message us.

After you have booked your ticket through Rail Europe, you enter into a contract with the rail operator(s) responsible for running the trains on your journey.

You should submit a railways service complaint online with the rail operator if you want to make a complaint about your journey. You can find instructions in our relevant Help articles. We also have a separate article with detailed instructions on how to seek compensation for a delay.
